i am appearing for GATE-2013 ,i wanted to know do i need to apply for m.tech institutes like NIT,IIT,THAPAR etc,before the exam??
i want to apply for m.tech institutes like NIT,THAPAR,IIT etc through gate-2013 ,i want to know what is the procedure for getting admission in institutes mentioned above do i need to apply for these institutes(i.e fill forms) before the gate exam or after exam,i am taking gate exam on 10 feb.

You will have to apply to these institutions with GATE card during Jun-Jul 2013 when admission to M.Tech. opens.
