I am appearing in 10+2 with PCB. Can I apply for B.Tech biotechnology/bioengineering?

Yes, you can apply for B.Tech in biotechnology. You can also appear in various entrance exams to get admission in engineering colleges.

Yes, you can apply for biotechnology branch. Biotechnology consists of mainly biology part. So, it will be more easy for you than PCM students to study this branch.

Qualification: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12 grade or equivalent with English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Biotechnology or Mathematics or any other Life Sciences subjects as optional subject and a minimum of 55% marks taken together in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, or Biotechn

No, he can not do so because mathematics is a mandatory course for doing B.Tech in any stream of engineering.
