    CLAT Eligibility: Academic Qualification A candidate must have secured minimum marks required in 12th standard, as per the category to which s/he belongs: For Unreserved /OBC /Specially Able Persons (SAP) and other categories -A minimum of 45% marks required. For SC/ST Category -A minimum of 40% marks required.

    Hi,Yes, you can appear, because NIOS certificates are legally valid in all institutes and universities in India. As it is a board under central government like CBSE and CISCE. Further, a candidates should have passed Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and persons with Disability). Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also appear provisionally. However, they shall have to produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination before or at the time of admission with detailed mark sheet.
