It is better to sit home and study. if you wanna clear concepts join best institute.but I must say give as many mock test as it will help to gain speed.

well if you know the basics than I suggest you to seat in home and do questions as many as possible because if you opt for a crash course they will blow your mind by giving you the fresh concepts and that will ruin your study you are doing till now....... all the very best :-)
