If your CUET PG application fee was deducted but not updated, first check the application portal again after a few hours. If the status remains unchanged, keep proof of payment and wait 24-48 hours. If still unresolved, contact your bank/payment gateway for transaction confirmation. If confirmed, immediately contact the CUET PG helpdesk with payment details and application number. Do not make a second payment. Follow the helpdesk's instructions and monitor the official CUET PG website for updates.

If money has been deducted but it's shows application fee not submitted then you can contact NTA help desk and explain your problem there. Check your email for confirmation and check official website of NTA for new update status. You can explain your problem at NTA help desk by providing them the proofs of your payment, transaction I'd and application number.

You should first verify the official CUET PG website and your email for payment confirmation after your application fee payment displays unsuccessful status despite account deduction. For unsuccessfui payment check-ins contact the NTA help desk and query redressal system using your application number with payment reference and proof of payment. Any excess payment made will normally result in a fund return within 24 hours.
