I am applying for PhD in Pharma. Do I have to appear for the GD round before the NIPER JEE counselling?

The highest package offered to engineering students at GD Goenka University stood at INR 55 LPA in 2025. Additionally, the average and the lowest packages stood at INR 5.08 LPA and INR 2 LPA, respectively.
