i am arts student and now i want to get into banking operations and not sales. how can i get into it and what courses to do?

i am arts student , 32 yrs, i have my cabin crew certification frm frankfinn institute,i have worked in airport for seven years but i don see much future in it.curently m into banking sales oper and nw i want to get into banking operations and not sales. how can i get into it and what courses to do?
