I am Asst. Manager Marketing with 2.5 yrs of work-ex, should I opt for MBA distance from IMT CDL? Will it add value to my career?

Sorry, I dont know about IMT CDL but yes, you need to do MBA it will definately helpful for your career. if you want to mba by distance than do it because you have experience and at that time your distance degree is also treated as regular.
