I am average in drawing but good in other fields required by architecture. Should I give it a shot?

Architectural drawing is different. In architecture we just have to draw or design houses, sculpture, etc. There is lots of project work i.e. it involves actual work. -

If your drawing skills are good, then yes you should give a try to write NATA exams. NATA exams have 80 marks for drawing and 120 for aptitude. By reading a few books that make you prepared for Aptitude, you can easily score in that. Drawing skills are very difficult to obtain for a regular candidate since it only comes by practice. After you qualify in NATA you will be trained in an Architecture school to do Architectural drawings.
