I am average in maths & physics. Should I pursue B.Tech in computer science?
I am expecting 80 marks in physics & 85 marks in maths paper of CBSE board 2018.

Yes, of course, you can do B.Tech in computer Science and engineering. As I am also doing same there is no such huge level math and Science. You can do it easily. Take care of few things:
1) Take admission in good and reputed college or University.
2) Be regular in class, because if you will be regular in the classes you easily understand all the concepts. -
Yes, you should and work hard to increase your average.

If you are good in solving logical problem, go for it as software designing is full of logics.
