    Hi Ayushi,
    UPSC organizes several exams for the state and central government services and these exams are usually conducted twice a year but the schedules differ from one test to another.
    But then as you are in 12th, I would suggest you to concentrate on your present situation and that is you should be working on getting good grades in 12th and further at your graduate level as the minimum qualification required is a Graduation from a recognized University.
