Sure you can get admission into PUMBA. You are graduate so you are eligible to do MBA and appear for CET which is an entrance test for getting into PUMBA.

Yes of course, only you have to score well in MBA-CET.
There is no restriction on type of graduation you do.The only criteria is to score well in MBA CET and you can get admission in PUMBA.
