Target the UPSC exam of 2012. The prelims application form are to be filled in Feb-March 2012. I suggest you join a coaching institute for a 4 to 6 months stint there so that you will have the requisite study material and guidance about subjects etc. Start enhancing your GK with immediate effect. Re
