I am B.Com 1st year student and want to change my college in the 2nd year. Can I do so if I score good marks in both the semesters?

Hi Rashmi,
Earlier, you could do that with a NOC (no objection certificate) of your college, I am not about this thing now you can definitely ask in your college's administration office.
