You are average, because you do not work hard enough and do not devote regular time to your studies. The Indian education system is not so tough and persons with average IQ but with hard working nature, can come out with flying colors. Even now, you should focus and concentrate to get good percentage in your final year of B.Com. Afterwards, you must pursue MBA through a good institution as a regular candidate. Better would be to give entrance exams like MAT, CMAT and then seek admission.

I completely agree with Dr. Goutam. See, to have a good career, you need not study long hours but just need to make sure that whenever you study, you are completely focused on the same. After BCom, you have the following options 1. MCom 2. MBA
