I am B.Com from Tamilnadu. Now I wish to do MS in finance and accounting in Poland ( Vistula university). Do you think that both will align?

Your choice is good. There is no issue in studying Masters from Poland. And from what I know they offer some of the cheapest tuition fees for international students and low cost of living compared to other European countries.

Will the tuition fee be refunded, in case if I want to change the university and course after coming to Poland? Or
will my study visa will be cancelled if I don't join other university within Poland immediately? Seeking your response little sooner.
