Yes, it will definitely help you grow in your career. There are various options available for it. Refer Edx for various courses in similar parlance having good acceptability.

You should go for executive MBA. May be your company have sponsored you for that. Otherwise, you should go for distance MBA as online courses are less valuable than the part time or distance degree.

Yes you can check for it because after three years of experience you are eligible to get sponsorship from your firm. I think you should try for sponsorship right now. Hopefully you will get one.
