I am B.Com graduate and I am interested to pursue PhD. Is it possible to pursue the same from abroad?

For PhD, you need to have a good master degree along with crisp proposal from abroad. B.Com is not a constrain for doing any degree from abroad. You might also need to clear some of the English tests like TOEFL or GRE for PhD.
