I am B.E. drop out from vtu in 3rd year .can i continue my B.E in other university

I have failed in B.E. in 3rd year and got nft from vtu .can i complete my 3rd year and last year from other university

A possibility is unlikely with other university since you are a drop out, but you may contact your college office/university to discuss the possibility of reentry with the same university, you may also start afresh at other universities completing all the admission formalities you had done earlier.
