I am B.Sc(CS) with 12 years IT training and IT Tech support exp. I am now jobless since 3 years. Will CCNA/CCNP help ? Or Logistics course?
How should I restart my career? I am at crossroads. I have ERP (SAP/Peoplesoft - Training) exp as well as 4 years in tech support. If I continue Tech Support as career what options do I have? Networking? Logistics? CCNA/CCNP/Microsoft/Linux?
