I am B.sc in Airlines,Tourism,Hospitality and Management from Punjab Technical University. Now, what should I do next? Please help!

I am getting jobs in makemytrip.com and yatra.com. but those are BPO jobs, which I don't want to do. And big companies like Thomas cook and others ask for a relevant experience. Where should I go??
