I am B.Tech 2010 pass out from VIT. Initially I worked in software industry from 4 years then moved to Government Company.
Now I feel my career is ruined. After college, I joined Bank of America and then Samsung as a software engineer. Then due to some reason I joined a government company as an assistant engineer and still working in it. Now I am feeling like I ruined my career. Please help.

Hello Rahul, There is nothing wrong in government job. As a matter of routine you have changed from private to government from your choice but you have not explained as to why you are thinking that your career is ruined. Hi, always remember famous saying "Grass is always greener on the other side". There are pros & cons on both types, government / private. Actually, who else but you to know this? I am sure if your efforts are sincere and from the heart, you will achieve what you desire. Just do not loose hope. Best
