I am b.tech 3rd yr in EEE department with 80%and am from a middle class family but interested to do MS .will i get a free seat in Germany?
i like very much the practically Knowledge and technology in Germany and am interested to improve my technical knowledge. i have 90% in intermediate and 76% in SSC.And am financially week .So is there any chance to get free seat in Germany university?please give the top universities list.
