i am b.tech(EEE) graduate, 5.5 bands in IELTS, can i go to newzealand?

i have done b.tech (EEE) in 2009, now i am doing job as site engineer , now i m also doing MBA 4TH SEM., IELTS 5.5 bands, can i do any diploma or degree in newzealand?

Hi, ideally you should have at least 6 bands in IELTS preferably 6.5 but if you can't score above 5.5 then you may apply for Electro-technology L6 Diploma; for more details you may contact me on 9569445777
