    Hi,
    As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA from India or abroad.
    So,regarding this,I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA.
    The advantage of this step would be:
    - You will gain relevant work experience.
    - The work experience would help you to get admission in good universities abroad, as in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
