    Yes you are eligible. But in my opinion it is not good because computer Science is different from maths. Both are different subjects. It's better you to study MCA or M.Tech computer Science. If you are much interested in M.Sc. Maths, you better to start preparation for PG entrance exams like PGCET. And for M.Tech you can write PGECET entrance exam for state wide colleges and universities. For IIT and NIT GATE.

    Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc. In math in any reputed institute after B.Tech in any discipline. You need to score at least 50 % or above 6 CGPA in B.Tech.
