I am B.Tech in ECE and passed out in 2011.Now i am working on C+.but am not able to cope with the programming.pls suggest me what to do?

Career regarding request. I am into this job a month ago only.before that i tried for bank jobs and now its the job which came to me by reference of some one in the company.but am not feeling satisfactory as here there is no training provided for project.pls suggest what do do now.thanking you!
