UPES Dehradun, established through an act of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand in the year 2003, is sponsored by Hydrocarbons Education and Research Society. It provides domain specialized programs in oil and gas, transportation, power, computer science, information technology, international business, logistics and supply chain, infrastructure.
