There are many institutes in India offering various diploma, degree and certificate courses in Jewellery design.
To pursue the course you must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board. You also need to pass an aptitude test followed by an interview.

I would prefer something online. As I work and cannot go for classes.
