you have to start study of general study you can prefer spectrum book , maths aptitude you can prefer arihant publication book or maths ncrt books from 6-10 class , you also have to read CSR magazine for update current affairs , and also prepare for English grammar -

To be eligible to sit for IPS (Indian Police Services) Exam conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
Between the age limit of 21 to 30 years.
So you can begin the preparation for the same. As for joining Border Security Force, you can only apply for the post of a Constable as you meet the educational eligibility criteria.
