I am BCA Graduate in first class and have around 8 years of experience in teaching as a Computer Teacher in School.I want to make my career as Lecturer and then Professor.What should I do?

Simultaneously with ur MCA/M.Sc get hands on with C on Linux, C++ on Linux, JAVA on Linux, PHP on Linux MySQL Database, Oracle Database as well. Hi Shikha.
Do MCA from IGNOU, or any universities in and around your area as a correspondence.
Once you complete MCA you can join as a lecturer.
