Dear Abhishek, As you have good work experience, you should go with EXPGDM/EXMBA programs. Specialization depends upon your interest area only. Institutes providing EXPGDM/MBA are: MDI, Gurgaon Asia Pacifc Institute Of Management, New Delhi FORE school Of Management, New Delhi, IMT Ghaziabad.
