there are many option for you , you can do MS or Mtech or ME for better growth , in your current field , after that if you are interesting to change your field or want to go in management line in your company then MBA is better option you have lot of work experience then you can apply for executive MBA from FMS , IIFT or IIMS form top most reputed institute or for regular MBA you should give MAT or CAT test for get admission in top college in India , read CSR magazine for good information about top MBA colleges in india
