Hi, You need to make sure you have relevant work ex in order to go for 1 yr PGDM courses. Most of the institutes like IIM A, B, ISB, IMI SPJAIN, offer ex PGDM which is a 1 yr course for executives with approx 3 to 5 yrs work ex. These are full time courses.
