I am BE production with over 3 yrs of work ex in PPC. which course shall i go for PGDOM or executive MBA from sibm. Is it of any use to me ?

IMO, an MBA in Operations would have been beneficial.

After having 3 years experience, As per my view PGDBM should be good. In SIBM you will find almost 60% students having similar experience. Go for PGDOM.
