Hi Bhawana, UPSC is the governing commission for the recruitment in the several govt departments. To be eligible to apply to the UPSC, the eligibility will differ on the type of vacancy but in most of the high end sectors like IAS< IPS, IFS etc the minimum eligibility is a graduate degree from a recognized university and the age not exceeding the limit of 30 years.
