    Yes, you can definitely go for B.Tech in Information Technology. As you have studied Physics, Chemistry and Maths in class 11th and class 12th, then you can definitely go for Engineering.

    If you have PCM subjects in your class 12th, then you can take B.Tech Information Technology.
