I am bsc(comp) ,but i have 2 year down,and still not cleared my bcs.What shall i do further to get a job in IT sector?

first of all complete your degree than go for placement. Concentrate on your studies

If you have great skill in Programming you can get a job after finishing your degree.You can do any short term computer courses which has placement support and after finishing your Degree and short term course you can get Placement through that short term course.
