I suggest you join a civil contractor to understand the nuances of the consutuction business. Practical training can also help you in this field. The academic way would be to join civil engg course.

Diploma / BTech in Civil Engineering will help you. You can also do it thru distance learning from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth. BMC has accepted it for employment and licences. Check details at www.rvdcollege.com Other option is KSOU. check details at www.ksoucollege.com
