I am Btech EE currently working in IT department in a company I want to pursue M.Tech in Nanotechnology. Please advise a good university

Please suggest estimated fees and reputed universities and colleges for the same. Also please tell me their admission criteria . Which examination should I appear in (GATE ) etc?? Are there any colleges which admit students without GATE exam
