You can pursue dual degree of M.Tech. & Ph.D. from JP University solan, Guna & Noida. However, it can not be part time and distance mode is not approved for technical degrees. Ph.D. involves systematic literature survey, problem formulation, simulation and experimental work. In your case, being a CS
