I am Btech in ECE passed out in 2006 and now need suggestion on Mtech Courses I chhose

Iam A Btech ECE passed out in 2006 and worked for past 8 yrs as Training Officer in Computer Networks and as Systems Engineer. Graduation 61 % , I wanted to pursue Mtech on VLSI or Chip Design. Please suggest me this will right for me. Thanks Rahul
