Hi Surender, As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance so it would be unfair on my part to give you my personal opinion. However, Avalon Academy is an Autonomous Institute which gives a Diploma through Vinayak Mission University which is in Tamil Nadu which means technically speaking it’s a distance learning programme so I would not recommend doing a short term Diploma programme through Distance learning as it would not hold great value in the job market. Further more few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing your Institute are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty (their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute. Hope this resolves your query.
