Take your studies seriously do regular Btech and then Mtech As Part time are not considered as better candidate for professor

For beng a Professor you also need to do your Post graduation studies after your B.Tech.

you should do m tech. after word you can start your carrier as teacher which will lead you to be a proffessor.
