International students will not be accepted for part time courses. You have to take up full time course to get the student visa to enter into Singapore. You may not have aerospace or aeronautical courses in Singapore. you can try in Ireland where you will get up to 50% schorlaship in Limerick Univer

You will not get time to study because you are supposed to work 10 hours per day. why should you get exemption . Normally Singapore law will not have any exemption
