I am completed B.Tech IT in 2012,but still i didn't got any jobs.I am interested to working in the software field.What can i do?

I am completed B.TECH IT graduates with 6.9 GPA on 2012,i am a fresher.But still i didn't get any jobs&i am interested to study the software languages but every institutes must ask huge fee for them.What can i do?
