Hi Naveen, If you are good in your stream, you can go for M.Tech post your engineering. Alternatively, you can also write any management entrance exam. Again I would suggest all the young students that there are lot of career options; all you need is dedication and hard work along with the clarity that what do you want to do 5 years down the line.
