There is a fantastic program offered jointly by Embry Riddle Asia and Singapore Aviation Academy. The MS Aviation program is part time while you can continue with your full time job too.

They have a couple of scholarship or grants either on merit basis or demonstrated financial need. You must apply online through the portal asia.erau.edu

international students will not be accepted for part time course. First you have to get a job and go to Singapore for work.
instead you can do masters in avionics or airport management course in UK. you can register for pilot training simultaneously. There are courses offered with pilot training al
