i am completed my diploma in electrical in 2002. i can join MCA course on base of diploma ? or graduation is required.

For joining any masters degree course you need to have graduation

To do MCA graduation is Required not only graduation but also Maths at 10+2 level. But You can try For B.Tech in Electrical as lateral entry in 2nd year.
