I am completed my M.Tech First Year from SVBP University, Meerut 2003-2004 then Supreme Court Judgement i Migrated to VMRF University, Salem. VMRF university gives his certificate genuine, chennai Secretariate people said svbp university court case is there the first year certificate genuine or not

Vinayaka Mission university is a deemed and hence you need not to worry. You can check with uGC and same letter you can shoe to them
